This lab is the example
Codex and Claude Code are AI coding agents: you describe a tool in plain language, and they plan it, write it, test it, and revise it while you review. This training environment was built that way.
“It's almost like a meta play: instead of just explaining how you can build apps or how you can do things, it's like, ‘Look, I built this one just for this concept. Here's how I did it.’”
“This is not a fake CRM. It is an interactive training and presentation environment… The most important requirement is that the presentation experience is excellent.”
From a paragraph to a working tool
- 01
The brief
A plain-English description of the training: who it's for, what it should feel like, what it must never do. No code, no technical spec.
- 02
The plan
The AI coding agent read the brief, looked at existing work for quality standards, and proposed a structure: presentation first, examples second, live AI as a safe extra.
- 03
The build
It wrote the slides, the workflow studio, the image studio, the memory map, and the presenter console, then ran checks to catch its own mistakes.
- 04
The review
A person clicked through every screen at desktop and phone size and asked for changes in plain English.
- 05
The launch
It was published to a private web address. Anyone with the link can open it; nothing to install.
What's real, what's a visualization
| Part | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Presentation, notes, presenter view | Real | Runs in the browser, synced across two windows. |
| Workflow Studio | Visualization | A drawing tool for explaining workflows. Nothing is connected to email, files, or HR systems. |
| Image Studio | Live | Sends your description to a real image model and returns a new image every time. |
| AI memory map | Visualization | An interactive diagram of how chat memory and your files differ. |
| People, requests, and policies | Fictional | No real employee or company data is used anywhere. |
What a first tool for an HR team could be
- A form where a manager pastes a change request and HR gets a clean record plus the questions to ask.
- A policy explainer that always answers from your handbook and says when it isn't sure.
- A job-description builder that follows your house style and inclusive-language rules every time.
Same rule as everything else today: AI prepares, people decide.
